Day 01 A Ride from Chiang Mai to Karen Lodge (L/D)
Your Off-road motorcycle journey begins in Chiang Mai, where you meet your tour guide and familiarize yourself with your off-road motorcycle, which will be your trusted companion for 4 days. From Chiang Mai ride 36 Km on main road to a Hmong hilltribe village Baan Mae Khi on a mountain top with panoramic views over distant mountains and valley farmlands below. Here Hmong hill tribes in traditional costume live in traditional wooden houses. Continue through picturesque Thai villages and farm lands to lunch at Pang Khum village with White Karen and Lisu hill-tribes dressed in bright traditional costumes. Continue along the mountains and overnight at Karen lodge.
Day 02 A Ride to Mae Hong Son (B/L/D)
After a good breakfast listening to mountain steams and birds singing, ride to Houy Ya Tai Karen village to ride elephants for 1 1/2 hours in picturesque natural surroundings. Continue for 40 Km along mountain roads to lunch at a Karen village hidden in the hills by huge trees. Continue for 70 Km crossing many mountain streams to Houy Sue Toaw Karen Long Neck Tribe village. Head to Mae Hong Son to visit 3 traditional Burmese temples. 7 Km from town, overnight at the beautiful Fern Rimtarn resort.
Day 03 Yam Chai Dan Village and Lod Cave (B/L/D)
After breakfast Ride to Fish cave where you see thousands of fish disappearing in to a mountain. Continue for 48 Km on main road to lunch at Lod Cave with a river running through it, and impressive stalactites and stalagmites.
Day 04 A Ride back to Chiang Mai (B/L)
After breakfast 60 Km on main road to Mok Fha waterfall and lunch at Sop Gai, Akha hilltribe village.
